MANA Executive was shaped by more than 30 years of corporate leadership across Australia, Tonga, and the broader Pacific region.

After working closely with teams across diverse markets, one thing became clear: leadership is not only about technical skill or operational performance. Many capable people are already leading, but often without the right support, structure, confidence, or cultural understanding around them.

Faasu Atkinson

Founder & Managing Director

MANA Executive was built by Faasu Atkinson, a corporate leader with more than 30 years of experience across Australia, Tonga, and the broader Pacific region.

Faasu’s career has covered banking operations, lending, transformation, digital migration, project leadership, capability coaching, stakeholder engagement, and complex team restructuring.

As a country leader for Tonga and the Pacific, Faasu has worked across diverse markets, supported new business growth, and built a professional network spanning more than 12 countries.

Through MANA Executive, Faasu works with organisations and senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, build stronger teams, and create clear direction in complex business environments.
