Meet Our Founder

Faasu Atkinson

Founder & Managing Director

MANA Executive was founded by Faasu Atkinson, a corporate leader with more than 27 years of experience across major financial institutions in Australia, Tonga, and the broader Pacific region.

Her career has covered banking operations, lending, business transformation, digital migration, project leadership, capability coaching, stakeholder engagement, board-level activity and team alignment.

As Former Country Head of Tonga and a senior leader across the Pacific, Faasu has supported new business growth, worked across diverse international markets, and built a professional network spanning more than 12 countries.

Through MANA Executive, Faasu brings this depth of experience into organisations and leadership teams, helping strengthen operational processes, develop senior leadership capability, build stronger teams, and create clearer direction in complex business environments.
